  • Is my money safe booking with Golden Ticket Travel?

Your holiday will be fully ABTA and ATOL bonded.

  • Will I have to pay any extra if I use my debit card?

There is no charge when paying with a debit card. if you chose to use a credit card there is a 2% charge.

  • Will I have to pay for any hidden extras?

Resort transfers, baggage ,full representation and all taxes are all included in the price you pay. (See your holiday itinerary for full details).

  • Can I pay just a deposit when booking my holiday?

Generally £175 per person or 10% which ever is the greater amount?

  • When will my my balance be due?

14 weeks before your departure date.

  • When will I get my tickets?

About 10 days prior to your departure. If tickets are to be collected at the airport we will issue full instructions at the time of booking.

  • When should I check in for my flight?

Short haul flights (within Europe) check in at least 2 hours prior to departure

Long haul flights (outside Europe) 3 hours before.

  • What is my baggage allowance?  

Baggage allowance will be stated on your flight tickets. If in doubt call us.

  • Are there restrictions on hand baggage? 

Generally this will be limited to one smaller item. We will be happy to confirm the restrictions that apply to you.

  • Can I arrange special assistance at the airport?

If you need special assistance at the airport this can be organised for you at the time of booking.

  • Do I need vaccinations?

  • Can I make a special request?

Please make us a aware of any special requests at the time of booking such as dietary or medical requests and we will forward these on for you on your behalf. Unfortunatelty requests cannot aways be guaranteed.

  • Can I get a reduced price for children travelling?

Child prices are generally available up to the age of 12. (Infants under 2 years will pay considerably less)
