Combining a Jacuzzi set amidst an open arc and a juice bar to replenish what life has taken away, and the luxuries can only be described as flawless. Improving on indigenous Indian holistic art, the therapies work on the concept of physical, mental and spiritual equilibrium. Treatments Include- Frankincense to ginger oil, Ashwagandha to Brahmi and Patchouli to eucalyptus, all ingredients are treated and absorbed from nature’s miraculous healing cycle. The benefits of each method differs and can be specifically targeted to address the need of the client, whether it is an Invigorating Jivaniya, or the Detoxifying Shudhikara, or Sama, the balance. A more indulging individual will avail himself or herself of the Mangal Snan, the auspicious bath. It is positively lush. - Galle is famous for its antique shops selling colonial furniture and ornaments, porcelain and pottery.
- A short drive up from Galle is Ambalangoda, selling antiques and intricately carved ‘devil masks’ traditionally worn to banish demons.
- Further south in Koggala, purchase delicious cinnamon from the local plantation.
