The serene One&Only Spa by ESPA is nestled amongst a lush tropical landscape overlooking a reflecting pool with ocean views. Dappled sunlight streams through billowing sheers into the spa relaxation room and shell-encrusted light fixtures are complemented with subtle tones of amber and gold throughout the spa, reflecting the warmth of the island’s spectacular sunsets.
Massage Therapies
Specialist advisers will help you choose the one best suited for you and once chosen, massages may be married to a corresponding scrub, wrap and facial, giving you the complete experience. Other traditional massages, such as Swedish, Sports, Four-hands, Hot-stone and Reflexology are also available and can be tailored to individual guest's needs.
Unwind
If you are tense and unable to revert to a sense of calm, this is the massage to choose. Olive, flax, lavender and palmarosa, a deliciously aromatic mixture used to gently release your joints and muscles with a soothing and rocking massage.
Restore
Maybe you feel as if you need to have a good detox in order to rebuild. Sweet smelling herbal poultices dipped in warm juniper and lemon oils, are used to lovingly relax your whole body prior to a restorative massage.
Elevate
This treatment will increase your energy levels. An oil-free invigorating Thai style massage full of stretching and pressure points. A pure energy boost. We use a small amount of oil to nourish the hands and feet. Comfortable clothing will be provided to you.
Treatments
To be taken either individually or as a series, treatments include scrubs, wraps, baths and sun treatments. When choosing more than one treatment, it is particularly rewarding to keep within the same path to equilibrium; Unwind, Restore or Elevate.
Scrubs treat your delicate skin to a new start, and complement corresponding wraps by enveloping your new skin. Baths are renowned for being relaxing, rejuvenating and warming - all things that make you feel better, and yet in our hectic world we forget this simple form of restoration. Sun treatments prepare your skin for a long-lasting tan, or after a glorious day on the beach, re-hydrate your skin.
Yoga
The welcoming and calming nature of the resort provides secluded spots ideal for practising the Art of Yoga in serene environments. For ease of body and mind, yoga sessions are offered each Tuesday at 4pm, Thursday at 9am and Saturday at 9am. Guests may also choose private sessions that focus on different forms of Yoga.
Hairdressing Salon

Shopping
Curepipe is the most reputed spot for tourist shopping but Port Louis is quite good as well.
Chinese and Indian merchants will dazzle you with sari lengths in shimmering silk or cotton. Hand-woven saris and blouses are the most attractive. Shirts, dresses and even knitwear are likely to be better bargains than back home.
Baskets, hats, fans, table napkins and tablemats provide inexpensive souvenirs of island handicrafts. Along with a whole range of shell jewellery and ornaments, there are objects in wood and jade. Straw figurines, dolls and macrame complete a particularly varied range of local handicrafts. Models of boats and old sailing ships are often beautifully made. Numerous excellent craftsmen in Curepipe compete for attention. Duty-free goods include cameras, watches-and diamonds.
Bargaining is not going to get you very far, except possibly in markets and with beach hawkers. Each town will have its boutik, a little local shop stocking everything, but there are plenty of supermarkets, too.
Rum and rum-mixes will recall sunny memories of your Mauritian visit, or you can toast your return with locally grown tea.
