204 rooms, each with airconditioning, television, CD/DVD player, minibar, tea and coffee facilities, bath, shower, hairdryer, safe and private balcony with double sun bed and sea view (some obstructed by palm trees).
Superior rooms are as above.
Junior suites are more spacious and feature a large bathroom and views of Panwa Bay and the surrounding area.
Cape suites include an outdoor Jacuzzi on the balcony, Wi-Fi access, iPod speakers and a flat-screen television.
Family suites feature two bedrooms with outdoor Jacuzzi on the balcony.
Private pool villas close to the beach and featuring two bedrooms, a living room and a large private pool are available on request.

Although Thailand is hot year round, the best time to go is between November and March when there is less rain, it is not as humid and temperatures are cooler. Koh Samui is best from June to September.
