The 350 spacious, stilted, chalet-style rooms are scattered amongst the expansive grounds of the resort, each enjoying excellent facilities that include television, air-conditioning and a private balcony.

Superior chalets are built within the luxuriant rainforest, with the canopy towering overhead and reflect an essence of traditional Malay architecture.

Deluxe chalets also enjoy Andaman Sea views.

Premier chalets are larger with a more contemporary style, Wi-Fi and sea views.

Junior chalets on water are perched on stilts over the water.

The Premier chalets on water have an outside sitting area and balcony with panoramic sea views.

Scuba Diving

Diving season here is from February to November. The Resort can take to the islands at the Southern tip of Langkawi, abundant in marine life. The island of Pulau Payar also has an impressive coral garden.

Weather and climate

Best time to visit

Malaysia experiences a tropical climate year round, but weather conditions can be very different between East and West.

The capital Kuala Lumpur has warm temperatures year round, and is driest June-August.

The West coast beach resorts of Penang and Langkawi are best experienced from December-April, while the East coast resorts can be rather wet in November and December but will often experience lots of sunshine alongside some showers during all other months of the year.
