All rooms have a balcony or terrace. Junior suites are available at a supplement. Disabled access rooms are available.

The resort is 35 km from Taba International Airport. A free shuttle bus service to downtown Taba Heights operates daily from 09:15 to 01:00. The hotel lies on its own private sandy beach.
