Accommodation

Set across three floors in adjacent buildings, the Sunwing Family Star's 54 family rooms all have terrace or balcony and sleep up to a maximum of 6 people (maximum of 3 adults). They consist of a master bedroom, plus a living room with double sofa bed and two single beds in a partially screened sleeping area. All are fully equipped with bath and shower, WC, air conditioning, satellite TV, safety deposit box and hairdryer. Use of the telephone and mini-bar is payable locally.

All meals are taken at the Sunwing Waterworld Makadi, which offers 4 restaurants providing a range of a la carte, set and buffet menus offering local and international cuisine plus 2 snack bars.

Access to 5 bars at the Sunwing Waterworld Makadi.

Location

Situated around 35 km south of Hurghada in Makadi Bay, a beautiful promenade leading through the gardens connects the hotel with the neighbouring Grand Makadi and Makadi Palace hotels. The hotel runs a free bus transfer to Hurghada for guests several times a day.
