Halcyon Cove by rex resorts is a simple, laid-back Antigua resort othat offers great value and friendly service. This lovely hotel is set on the picturesque shores of one of the Caribbean’s most beautiful beaches, Dickenson Bay, which is famed for its sunsets.
Cool off in the inviting pool or hit the beach for watersports including windsurfing, snorkelling and sailing (all included if on all inclusive basis), plus waterskiing or scuba diving (both payable locally). There's also tennis (tuition and equipment payable locally), golf and horse-riding (both adjacent to hotel; extra cost). Little ones will love the fun-facked kids' club.
There are two restaurants, including romantic Warri Pier for à la carte dining over the sea, plus a beach barbecue. Chill out at Carib Beach Bar and enjoy evening entertainment at lively Ciboney Lounge.
Accommodation
210 comfortable rooms, each with air-conditioning and ground floor rooms with a terrace.
Standard rooms have shower only with two double beds and garden views.
Garden rooms have a kingsize or double beds, shower and bath and also include a television and mini-fridge.
Poolside rooms are as Garden rooms and overlook the pool and include a mini-fridge.
Beachfront rooms have kingsize beds, mini-fridge and beach views (sleeps two adults).
Family rooms, available on request, are larger rooms with a beachfront location, separate living area, minibar and beach or sea views.
